缺氧诱导因子-1α与消化系肿瘤
摘要
缺氧诱导因子(HIFs)是调节细胞适应缺氧的一个主要调控因子,存在三种亚型:HIF-1、HIF-2、HIF-3,其中HIF-1和HIF-2与肿瘤的血管生成关系密切。HIF-1由α亚单位和β亚单位组成异源二聚体,α亚单位是主要氧调解亚单位。在缺氧条件下,HIF-1α的DNA结合活性和HIF-1α蛋白水平增加。本文就HIF-1α的结构、功能、调控机制和在消化系肿瘤中的表达及其相关的治疗措施作一综述。
