摘要
目的:调查中医药大学生生活质量,并分析其与学业成绩的关系。方法:于2005-05采用SAS编程随机抽取学号的方法,从北京中医药大学四年级学生986人中抽取300人为调查对象,记名填写中文版简明健康状况调查问卷及其背景情况穴年龄、性别、父母职业、家庭收入及月生活费雪。学习成绩由学校教学管理处提供穴共4学年合8学期雪:学业成绩=穴考试课成绩平均分×0.7+考查课成绩平均分×0.3雪×0.8+穴体育课成绩平均分×0.2雪。结果:共发放问卷300份,回收问卷295份,其中合格问卷258份。①大学生总生活质量平均分为72.17±14.21。在简明健康状况调查问卷的8个维度中,生理机能维度均高于杭州常模和四川常模(94.53±8.85熏82.2±19.8熏90.80±15.07),而生理职能、躯体疼痛以及情感职能维度均低于杭州常模和四川常模穴73.73±33.25熏81.2±33.6熏79.51±34.70;73.45±20.54熏81.5±20.5熏82.41±21.25;50.19±39.96,84.4±32.4,76.45±38.47雪。②学业成绩平均分低于75分的大学生其一般健康状况维度评分高于学业成绩平均分在75~80分的大学生穴69.88±16.70熏61.32±20.23熏t=2.198熏P=0.0296雪,其余各维度生活质量评分差异无显著性。结论:中医药大学生生活质量较一般人群低,其生活质量与学业成绩无相关性。
AIM: To estimate the quality of life and explore the relationship between quality of life and academic achievement in students of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
METHODS: 300 students were randomly selected by SAS program from the 986 senior students of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine to fill in the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form Health Survey (MOS SF-36) and the background questionnaire (including age, gender, parent's occupation, family income and monthly living expenses). Academic achievement (4 academic years, 8 semester equally) was provided by the teaching administrative office: Academic achievement=(mean score of exam subjects×0.7+mean scores of test subjects×0.3)×0.8 + (mean score of physical education×0.2).
RESULTS: 300 questionnaires were handed out and 295 were retrieved including 258 qualified ones. ① Mean scores of the total quality of life in SF-36 were 72.17±14.21. In the 8 dimensions of SF-36, the scores of college students in physical functioning dimension was higher than that of Hangzhou and Sichuan Norms (94.53±8.85, 82.2±19.8, 90.80±15.07), while the physical, bodily pain and emotional dimensions were lower than Hangzhou and Sichuan Norms, (73.73±33.25, 81.2±33.6, 79.51±34.70; 73.45±20.54, 81.5±20.5, 82.41±21.25; 50.19±39.96, 84.4±32.4, 76.45±38.47). ② Students whose academic achievement under 75 scores had better quality of life than those academic achievement between 75 and 80 scores in General Health (69.88±16.70, 61.32±20.23, t=2.198, P=0.029 6), and there was no significant difference in other dimensions.
CONCLUSION: Quality of life in students of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is lower than that of normals, and there is no correlation between quality of life and academic achievement.
