Cognitive and insight therapy for fetishism

目的:通过对1例恋物症患者认识领悟治疗的个案,观察和分析形成恋物症的原因,探讨认识领悟疗法对恋物症的治疗作用。方法:于2004-10/2005-05在河南第二荣康医院精神科对1例男性恋物症患者实施观察法、谈话法和认识领悟疗法治疗。观察法:对患者的衣着,表情、行为进行观察,并对观察结果进行分析,判断患者心理状态和治疗效果。谈话法:通过语言交谈,了解患者的心理状态和心理发展过程,根据患者接近所恋物品时的反应来判断治疗效果。认识领悟疗法:按照钟友彬教授创立的认识领悟疗法的原理、方法和步骤,对恋物症患者实施认识领悟治疗。结果:患者的恋物症状完全消失,其恋物症得以治愈。结论:使用认识领悟疗法治疗恋物症确实有效。《

AIM： Based on the case report of 1 patient with fetishism treated with cognitive and insight therapy, to observe and analyze the causes for fetishism and investigate the effect of cognitive and insight therapy on treatment of fetishism. METHODS： One male patient with fetishism from the Outpatients Department of the Second Rongkang Hospital of Henan Province between October 2004 and May 2005 was treated with observation method, talking method and cognitive and insight therapy. Observation method： The clothing, facial expression and behavior of the patient were observed, and the results were analyzed to judge the psychological state of the patient and the curative effect. Talking method： The mental state and development were known by talking, and the curative effect was judged by the responds of the patient when approached to the object. Cognitive and insight therapy： According to the theory, method and approaches of cognitive and insight therapy founded by professor Zhong Youbin, the patient was treated. RESULTS： The symptoms of fetishism of the patient disappeared completely after the cognitive and insight therapy. The patient with fetishism was recovered. CONCLUSION： Cognitive and insight therapy is effective in treating fetishism.
