精神分裂症的临床分型探讨

Clinical classification of schizophrenia

为了对精神分裂症进行有针对性的研究,以利于指导临床用药和防治康复,在长期的临床实践观察的基础上,根据各种精神分裂症的临床表现特征,将精神分裂症分为3型和7个亚型:①阳性精神分裂症分为可逆型和顽固型。②阴性精神分裂症分为缺陷型和衰退型。③混合性精神分裂症分为可逆型、缺陷型和衰退型。并详细介绍了各型的诊断标准和主要临床表现特征。

To study the schizophrenia better, and guide clinical medication and prevention, we classify schizophrenia into 3 types and 7 subtypes based on long-time clinical treatment and comprehensive assessment on the clinical symptoms： ① positive schizophrenia, which can be subdivided into reversible and recalcitrant types; ② negative schizophrenia, which is subdivided into defective and degenerated types; ③ mixed schizophrenia, which is subdivided into reversible, defected and degenerated types. Furthermore, we introduce the diagnosis standards of each type of schizophrenia and the clinical symptoms.
