摘要
研究了LiH试样在不同温度下的力学性能,并对试样断口进行了分析。结果表明,无论是否经过烧结,LiH试样的抗拉强度在1003~00℃的温度范围,随试验温度的升高而增加。在3006~00℃的温度范围,随试验温度升高而降低。冷压坯LiH试样经过从3506~50℃的温度范围烧结后,在530℃烧结LiH试样的室温抗拉强度达到最大值。并测试了LiH试样抗压强度与环境湿度之间的关系。结果表明,环境湿度对其力学性能有较大影响。试样放置时间较短时,环境湿度越高,试样抗压强度越高。
The tensile property of LiH under different temperature was studied and the fracture was observed with SEM. The resuit shows that the tensile strength of all LiH specimen(including sintered and unsintered) increases with temperature from 100 ℃to 300 ℃, and decreases with temperature from 300 ℃ to 600 ℃. The cold compacted LiH specimen is sintered from 350℃ to 650 ℃, the tensile strength reaches the maximal value at 530 ℃. Also the comparison between compressive strength of LiH and the humidty in the environment has been measured. The result show that the humidty has an important influence on the mechanical property, and the more the humidty, the more the compressive strength of short-term storage of LiH specimen.
