摘要
利用简单的物理气相沉积制备了多种纳米结构的8-羟基喹啉铝(AlQ3),主要考察了温度对其微结构的影响。运用傅立叶红外光谱仪、环境扫描电子显微镜、紫外光致发光仪等对其进行了结构、形貌和光致发光特性的研究。结果表明:成功制备了AlQ3纳米链,AlQ3纳米片,AlQ3微米球与纳米线的复合结构。PL谱没有明显的变化,可能是因为AlQ3分子间结合力是较弱的范德华力。
AlQ3 nanostructures were successfully synthesized by simple physical vapor condensation. The effect of the deposition temperature on the morphologies of AlQ3 nanostructures has been investigated. Fourier transmission infrared spectrum was used to examine the chemical bonding. Environmental scanning electronic microscopy was performed to analyze the morphologies of the samples. The AlQ3 nanostructures were comprised of nanowires, nanowalls, complex anostructure composed of microspheres and nanowires. FT-IR results indicate that the AlQ3 molecule had a strong thermal stability. The PL results show that there was no apparent blue shift because the AlQ3 molecules are bonded by relatively weak Van der Waals forces.
