摘要
用机械合金化及热压法制备块体细晶Ni-20Cr合金,并研究其在900℃,涂75mass%Na2SO4+25mass%K2SO4盐膜后的热腐蚀行为.结果表明,机械合金化Ni-20Cr合金在900℃热腐蚀时,表面形成了单一连续的Cr2O3外氧化膜,有效阻止了硫的向内扩散,延长了热腐蚀的孕育期,呈现出较熔炼粗晶Ni-20Cr合金更好的抗热腐蚀性能.
The hot corrosion behavior of Ni-20Cr alloys prepared by hot pressing of mechanically pre-alloyed powders has been studied at 900℃ in the presence of 75 % Na2SO4 + 25 % K2SO4 deposit. MA Ni-20Cr formed an exclusive continuous Cr203 scale during hot corrosion at 900℃. The Cr2O3 scale can suppress the inward diffusion of sulfur, and extend the incubation period of the corrosion process. MA Ni-20Cr has better hot corrosion resistance than cast alloy Ni-20Cr.
