摘要
主要介绍低Cr钢的开发的背景、目标、现状,分析了低Cr合金开发的基本思路以及目前低Cr合金的特征,重点对低Cr合金的抗腐蚀机理以及合金元素、组织成分对材料腐蚀性能的影响,以及低Cr合金的机械性能和抗H2S应力腐蚀开裂的特征作了综述.
The development of economic steels with low Cr content for anti - corrosion oil tube is of great significance to the safe production of petroleum and natural gas. The background, purpose and current research status of the development of low Cr steels are presented in this paper. The basic developing route and characteristics of this kind of steel used at present are also discussed. More attentions are paid to the corrosion mechanism and effects of elemental composition, microstructure on the corrosion resistant properties. Furthermore, mechanical properties and characteristics of SCC resistance in H2S environment are also discussed.
