摘要
研究探讨灵芝液体培养的工艺条件。经试验结果表明 ,最适pH值为 6 ,温度为2 8℃ ,培养时间为 1 4 4h ,按此条件进行培养 ,灵芝菌丝体的产量为 1 4 g·L- 1,灵芝多糖得率为 1 .2g·L- 1。
Technical conditions for submerged culturing mycelia of Ganoderme were studied. The result showed that the suitable pH value for Ganoderma polysaccharides production and mycelia growth is 6. The suitable temperature for mycelia growth is 28℃. The suitable culture time for mycelia growth is 144 hours. Producing according to optimum pH value, temperature and culture time, the yields of Ganoderma lueidum is 14g·L^-1 and Ganoderma polysaccharides is 1.2 g·L^-1
