摘要
目的 研究中国人群中促血管形成素-1(Angiopoietin,ANGPT-1)基因2914C/G多态性与出血性脑卒中的关系。方法 从武汉、西安两个地区选取出血性脑卒中病例及对照358例,其中对照184例,病例174例。所有研究对象记录其病史,体检等临床资料及吸烟、饮酒等流行病学资料,采用PCRRFLP检测各组ANGPT-1 2914C/G多态性并统计各组的多态性频率。结果 C等位基因在脑卒中组和对照组分别为73%和76%,G等位基因频率在脑卒中组和对照组分别为27%和24%。基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。出血性脑卒中组和对照组的ANGPT-1 2914C/G基因型频率及等位基因频率无显著差别。结论 ANGPT-1 2914C/G多态性与出血性脑卒中的发生无显著相关性。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between angiopoietin-1 gene polymorphism and hemorrhagic apoplexy in Chinese population. Methods The technology of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was used to detect. The frequency of ANGPT-1 2914C/G genotype and allele. The cases included 174 hemorrhagic apoplexy patients and 184 controls. Results: The frequency of ANGPT-1 2914C/G genotype and allele had insignificant difference between hemorrhagic apoplexy and control(P〈0.05). The frequency distribution of this polymorphism was consistent with the law of Hardy-Weinberg. Conclusions:The polymorphism of ANGPT-1 2914C/G may be not a genetic independent risk factor in hemorrhagic apoplexy of Chinese population.
