摘要
随着我国市场经济体制的进一步完善 ,企业之间的竞争会越来越激烈 ,而竞争的关键最终将体现在人才的竞争上。对于大企业来说 ,可以凭借其名气和雄厚的资金实力吸引各种人才 ,而名气和资源都比较小的中小企业 ,如何吸引人才便成为企业经营者十分关心的问题。
With the further development of the our market-economy system, the enterprise's competition will become more and more intense, but the key of the competition will focus on the talented person's competition. As far as the small enterprise and the big enterprise are concerned, the big enterprise can rely on its reputation and strong funds to draw on all kinds of the talented person. But how to draw on the talented person becomes the key question to the small enterprise with the small reputation and resources. The paper discusses the strategy of the small enterprise attracting the talented.
