目前 ,风险资本的来源正日趋多元化 ,世界各国风险投资模式也各不相同 ,具有代表性的模式主要有三种。比较这三种模式的优缺点 ,结合我国的具体情况 ,政策性风险投资与商业性风险投资双管齐下的模式 ,应该成为我国的选择。
