女性心力衰竭特点 被引量：2

摘要 心力衰竭(心衰)是大多数心血管疾病患者的最终阶段,是并发其他疾病和死亡的重要原因.同男性相比,女性心衰患者的流行病学特点、心血管系统的解剖结构、病理变化、生理变化、电生理特性有明显的不同.患者对药物治疗的反应也存在着性别差异.过去研究的重点多集中在男性,对于女性则较概括,很多女性心衰患者年龄偏大,伴有高血压史,射血分数相对较高,而舒张功能下降显著.在射血分数相近的心衰患者中,女性的活动耐力较差.在以往的研究中这些特点未被充分认识.本文仅就女性心力衰竭特点作一概述.
