体外循环中低温对脑电参数的影响

摘要 体外循环下低温过程中监测麻醉深度的四个脑电参数:脑电双频谱指数(BIS)、95%边缘频率(SEF)、中频率(MF)、听觉诱发电位指数(AEPIndex)的表现为AEPIndex、MF、SEF的数值集中分布;而BIS的数值则为广泛分布,其某些数值和麻醉诱导前的数值相同重叠。AEPIndex的变化和鼻咽温的变化呈线性相关,为体外循环低温过程中监测麻醉深度的最稳定和可靠的指标。
