以构建主义理论和动机理论分析网络学习的意义 ;提出了网络学习对学生素质教育的作用 ;
This article enalyzes the significance of web- assisted college foreign language learning(Web Learning)in the light of Constructivism and Motivation theoryand suggests the role of Web Learning in the development of student' s general quality, from the angle of social- psycholgy, esplain the weakness of web learning in the development of students' communicative skill, being inefficent in helping the student to command the non - verbal language and the cultural restiction to communication.
