随着教育事业的发展,边疆地区对高师毕业生的数量和质量都提出了新的要求。为跟上经济发展的步伐,适应教育事业发展的需要,结合高师生源旺盛,学生素质偏低,社会需求量大的实际,提出就业指导重点在于培养学生的综合能力,使学生自觉地把大学生活与求职择业联系在一起,积极做好就业前知识能力的准备。

With the development of education, new demands are needed about the quantity and quality of Teachers＇ College graduates in the frontier areas. In order to keep up with the steps of economic development, meanwhile, combining more students with lower quality, this article states out employment guides should focus on training students＇ comprehensive abilities and making students join college life with jobs hunting, learning more knowledge before hunting jobs.
