On Citizen' s Right of Being Educated

分析了学术界对公民受教育权涵义的不同界定,并提出了自己见解;同时对公民受教育权的性质作了初步的探讨,总结了各部门法对公民受教育权的保障,并对完善其保障提出了一些立法及司法上的建议。

This article states that academic circles have given different definitions on citizen＇s right of being educated and put forward their own opinions about it. Meanwhile, some preliminary discussions have been held on the nature of citizen＇ s right of education. They sum up the insurance of the right of citizen＇ s education, make it perfect and give some advice on legislation and administration of justice.
