分析了卸船机上自行式小车存在的缺陷,提出了用四卷筒牵引式小车替代自行式小车的技术改造方案:通过改造前后的总体计算和结构强度计算比较,证实了技术改造方案是可行的和合理的。

This paper analyses the shortcoming existed in the Self-propelled trolley of the Ship-Unloader. Presents the technical reformation scheme of substitute the Self-propelled trolley with the Four-drum pulltype trolley. Through comparing with overall calculation and structural intension calculation before and after reformation. Proves that this technical reformation scheme is feasible and reasonable.
