摘要
通过对水电站2×350t 大型桥式起重机的主梁进行有限元分析计算,发现以前投用的大型桥机均不同程度地存在应力集中问题;对此进一步分析,通过增大圆弧半径以及采取应力流分流的办法,最终解决这些应力集中问题。
Based on the finite element analysis of the box beam of the 2 × 350t large overhead travelling crane in hydroelectric station, the author finds that there are concentrated Stress in the box beam of several old large overhead travelling crane. By means of further analysis, solves the problem of the concentrated stress with magnifying arc radius and dividing the stress flow.
