论远程开放教育质量与发展的关系

On the Relations between the Quality and the Development of Distance Open Education

电大的开放教育以其远距离、开放性,教学覆盖面广的优势,赢得了千千万万莘莘学子的青睐。但是当数量发展达到一定限度时,质量问题就会凸现出来。结合中国高等院校的扩招、网络教育学院试点的扩大以及广播电视大学的超常规发展的实际,提出了远程教育发展与质量的关系,以求教学质量真正落到实处。

Radio and TV universities capture the hearts of thousands of stude education with characteristic of distance, opening and widely - covered teaching nts for their open scope. However, problems in quality tend to arise when such open education develops to a certain extent. This paper is to propose the relations between the quality and development of distance open education so that teaching China＇ s ducation quality can virtually be achieved by means of combining the enrollment expansion in higher institutions, the increasing number of the experimental programs in the network ecolleges and the supernormal development on the part of radio and TV universities.
