摘要
汉唐时期,中国是一个民族众多的国家,各民族都有自己的饮食生活特点。而饮食生活的地方性和民族性,也就构成了饮食文化交流与融合的客观基础,而同处于统一的多民族国家之中,更为各民族饮食文化交流与融合提供了便利。一方面是兄弟民族,特别是西北方的少数民族的饮食原料(汉唐人称之为胡食),纷纷传入内地,这些都大大丰富了汉唐人民的饮食,成为中华传统饮食文化不可分割的组成部分。另一方面,汉族也不断向西域、周边少数民族输出中原的农业文明,这对提高胡族的饮食文明产生过积极的作用。
There were many nationalities in China between Han Dynasty and Tang Dynasty. Every nationality had its own distinguished feature in diet. The regional and national features consist of the objective base of dietary culture' s communication and mergence, especially in a unitary multi - national state. This paper mainly discusses the contents and influences of the communication in dietary materials between Hu nationality and Han nationality. On the one hand, the dietary materials in West and North minority nationalities, called Hu Food by Han Dynasty and Tang Dynasty, among the Central Plains, enriching to a great extent the diet of Central Plain' s People and spread became the necessary part of Chinese traditional dietary culture. On the other hand, Han nationality spread continuously its agricultural civilization to the minority nationalities of Xiyu and neighboring areas, which did good to the dietary civilization of Hu nationality.
