摘要
在竹胶合板粘结剂的生产过程中,对炼胶釜内温度的控制是一个至关重要的环节。炼胶釜内温度的大热贯性、大时滞且非线性,是实现这一生产过程自动化所面临的主要困难。将Fuzzy-PID算法应用于炼胶釜温度控制系统,以单片机作为温度控制系统的核心部件,实现了一套温度控制的设计方案。
