摘要
本文介绍了一种基于电阻分压原理的绝缘电阻测试仪的设计。利用A/D转换器对高压开关电源产生的高压在被测电阻与标准电阻之间的分压信号进行数据采集,通过单片机的处理即时的将绝缘电阻值显示在LCD屏幕上。较之以往传统的兆欧表而言,整个系统操作过程简单省力、界面友好、测量精度高,实现了测量的自动化。
This paper introduces a design of insulation resistance (IR) tester based on the principle of resistance voltage-dividing The high voltage (HV) from HV switching power supply is divided between IR and standard resistance. The standard resistance voltage signal is collected by A/D converter, After handling in single-chip computer, IR is immediately displayed on the LCD, Compared to traditional megohm meter, this system has simple operation, friendly interface, and high measuring accuracy advantages and achieves automatic measurement.
