摘要
文章推出了矩形截面阶梯型变幅杆的力学模型及频率方程,应用ANSYS软件对绘定长度的变幅杆固有频率进行了模态分析及谐响应分析,并通过其后处理功能得到了小端面的相对位移,由此计算振幅放大系数及固有频率,得到的结果与传统理论结果符合的较好。
this paper push out the mechanical model and frequency equation of ultrasonic ladder horns with rectangular cross-section, modal and harmony response analysis for the free frequency of the horns by ANSYS, through it's after dispose function get to know clearly small end face's relative displacement, so calculating the amplification coefficient and free frequency, and the conclusion is in line with the traditional method in theory.
