摘要
对极大似然法测定的ｐ－Ｓ－Ｎ曲线赋予置信度，提出了极大似然法测定的ｐ－Ｓ－Ｎ曲线的置信限曲线公式，通过该公式确定的ｐ－Ｓ－Ｎ曲线能使估算出的疲劳寿命具有置信度．
The confidence level of the p S N which was determined by the maximum likelihood principle is considered. The formula of the confidence limit curve of this p S N curve is presented. By use of this confidence limit curve, the fatigue life estimated is more safe and probable. At last, a sample is given.
