摘要
报道了用声光调制器对CO2激光进行线性调频,调频光信号通过光学自差检测再用声表面波色散延迟线压缩,得到的压缩脉宽达80ns.脉冲压缩比为100.还对实验系统和结果作了分析和讨论.
This peper describes a linear FM of a CO2 laser with an acoustooptic modulator.The chirp Signal is detected with an optical autodyne and comprehend with a SAW dispersivedelay line.The compressed pulse width is 80 us and itS compteSSjon ratio is 100. Theexperimental system and resultS are also analysed and discussed.
