摘要 介绍了使用近红外激光二极管激光光声光谱测量煤矿瓦斯气体的基本原理,给出了测量系统的结构框图,该方法是利用近红外激光二极管作为光源,通过光纤耦合输出接入共振式光声池,微音器检出的光声信号由计算机完成数据分析,可实现安全非接触在线自动检测,真实反映矿井瓦斯的浓度。 Principles of measuring gas (methane) in coal mine according to photoacoustic spectroscopy via laser diodes are introduced. Outlines of this measuring system is given. In the system, laser diodes are used as power sources and the laser beams are coupled into resonant PA cell by optical fibers. Photoaeoustic signal detected by mi crophone are analyzed by computer, thus a noneontact, online and automatic gas monitoring system can be realized. The real methane concentration in coal mine can be acquired.
