外部性问题是造成市场失灵的一个重要原因,法律经济学运用了不同于传统的庇古税或补贴以及外部影响内部化的方法,提高了资源的配置效率。
External problems are one of the important reasons that cause market to function improperly. Law Economics has improved the distribution efficiency of resources by employing taxation different from the traditional one, offering allowances and internalizing external influences.
