On American Strategic Change in Cold War

冷战期间,美国对苏联社会主义国家实施了一系列战略。综述国内外学者对该问题的观点,阐明什么原因导致了美国冷战战略的不断演变,演变在何处,这种演变在实践中运用如何,以及是否达到了演变的预期效果,从而揭示国家实力对国家战略的重要影响,以及在实现国家战略目标过程中手段的正确运用等问题。

During the cold war, the U.S.A. executed a chain of strategies towards the Soviet Union. A summary of the viewpoints of both domestic and international scholars led to the explanation of what caused the constant changes of American strategy in the cold war, where the changes lied, how the changes had been applied to the practice and whether they helped to achieve the anticipated results. And finally a revelation was made about the intluence of a nation＇s power on its war strategy as well as proper manipulation of means in the realization of a nation＇s strategic targets.
