纳粹上台初期对外交政策进行了重大调整,外交决策机制也发生了深刻变化,外交部、国防军与纳粹党成为德国远东政策决策的争夺者。随着纳粹党的最终胜出,亲华政策终止,德国驻华军事顾问团被迫撤出。

The Nazi Party made a significant shift in foreign policy soon after it came into power. Meanwhile, the institution of decision-making on foreign policy also underwent tremendous changes. German Foreign Ministry, the Army and the Nazi party scrambled for the power of decision-making on German Far Eastern policies. When the Nazi party succeeded in the contest, the pro-Chinese policies were given up, and the German advisory group in China had to leave.
