From Ancient Theory of Mixed System to Modern Theory of Democracy——Survey of the History of Balanced Ideology in Western Politics

从西方政治思想史的角度考察,古代混合政体理论、近代分权制衡学说以及现代西方民主理论是民主政治发展过程中三种重要的历史形态,而这三大理论中都蕴含着丰富的均衡思想,对这一思想进行梳理和归纳,追溯其产生发展的历史渊源及精神实质,探讨西方均衡思想的历史走向,是进一步研究民主政治领域均衡问题理论的前提和基础,也为新时期民主政治的发展与创新提供了新的视角。

Based on the three historical phases of western politics, such as the ancient theory of mixed system, the modem theory of powers separation and the modem theory of western democracy, this paper examines the history of balanced ideology in western political field. It also provides a theoretical premise and basis for the further study on democracy.
