摘要
本文通过对蒸汽喷射真空泵在烧结法氧化铝生产工艺母液蒸发工序应用过程的阐述,系统分析了蒸汽喷射真空泵的工作原理;蒸汽喷射真空泵的成功应用,进一步提高了蒸发器的真空度,对有效破解母液闪蒸系统真空度较低的难题,解决烧结法生产过程蒸发器效率低、产能不足的瓶颈起到了积极作用,取得了显著的经济效益;在烧结法氧化铝生产工艺,乃至整个氧化铝行业具有广阔的推广价值。
Through describing the application of the steam jet vacuum pump in mother liquor evaporation circuit of sintering alumina production process, the paper systematically analyzes the working prin ciples of the vacuum pump. The vacuum degree of evaporators have been further increased through using the vacuum pump. Therefore, it plays a positive role in solving problem of the lower vacuum degree of the mother liquor flash evaporation system, and de-bottlenecking low efficiency and capacity of the evaporators in the sintering process. As a result, it obtains a remarkable economic benefit. It is worth to widely spread in the sintering alumina production process, even in the alumina production industry.
