摘要
某电解铜厂循环泵站手动调节液体循环量波动大、泵故障率高。变频器在循环泵上应用后,延长了泵的运转周期,减小了液体循环量的波动,节约了电量,年节约电费15.5万元。
The amount of cyclical liquid flunctuated greatly and troubles happened frequently by manual regulation in the cyclical pump station of electrolytic copper plant. After applying frequency converer, extened the pumps＇ live service, decreased fluctuation of the cyclical liquid, saved electric power deserving about 155 520 yuan every year.
