摘要
农民工就业身份的锁定使其在社会交往、角色转换、心理调适等方面都容易出现问题,面临健康风险。这种风险来自于农民工较弱健康风险意识,低价挤入城市就业市场,以及医疗、保障、信息等方面的弱势因素的冲击。严重的健康风险冲击会损害农民工健康负担能力,因此,有必要从农民工自身人力资本累积过程入手,以制度和培训为突破口有效降低农民工的健康风险。
With locked-in employment status, farmer-turned workers are easily getting into trouble in social exchange, role transition, and psychological adaptation. This risk stems from some shocks, such as farmer-turned workers' attitude to health risk, crowding in urban's employment market with lower price, and weak advantages in medical, security and information. Severe health risks would damage farmer-turned workers' abilities of their borden to health. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce their risks effectively by means of human capital accumulation process, which emphasis institution and training.
