本文讨论了自动电位滴定法测定啤酒中的氯离子含量，且将原用二阶微商法求终点电位，用计算机ＢＡＳＩＣ语言程序代替，简化了复杂的计算。用此法测得市购南昌啤酒中氯离子含量为１４１．８～１４２．５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１。回收率的范围为：９８．６％～１０２．４％。方法精密度：连续测定同一样品１０次，标准偏差０．２９，变异系数０．２％。

This paper discussed the measurement of Chlorine ion content in the beer with automatic electric potential titration,the BASIC program was composed to replace the method of calculating the terminal porint potential with the seand derivative, which simplifies the complex calculation.It is shown that the Chlorine ion content in Nanchang Beer is 141.8～142.5 mg·L -1 .The range of restoring rate is 99.7%～102.4%.The data analysis shows that this method is rather accurate with 0.29 for standard deviation and 0.2% for the variable coefficent.
