摘要
了解并合理运用教学过程中的心理学规律,对于提高体育教学质量有着不可忽视的作用。作为心理学新思潮的社会认知理论可以直接面向真实的体育教育情景,从对自我效能和归因两大理论的例解中,可看出社会认知理论在体育教学中的重要意义。
It is very important to know and make full use of the psychological rules in order to improve the quality of physical education. The new study of social cognition faces the true environment of the P. E. teaching. Among them, two theories (the theory of self efficacy and the theory of attribution) are introduced which indicats the importance of the use of social cognitive regularity in P. E. teaching.
