广东省农村人力资本投资的现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Rural Human Capital Investment in Guangdong Province

广东省是中国的城市化进程最快的省份之一,经济发展迅速,但农村的发展却相对滞后。造成这种现象的主要原因是:国家过于关注城市的建设,对农村的人力资本投资力度不够。本文简略的分析了产生这个现象的原因所在。

Guangdong Province, with its rapid economic development, is one of the fastest provinces of china in the progress ot urbanization, while its rural development is relatively laged. The main reason of this phenomenon is： the government paid too much attention to the city, but the investment in human capital to the rural areas is insufficient. In this paper, the reason for the phenomenon is briefly analyzed.
