摘要
针对高压箔尚未根本国产化的问题,对日本、法国和国产铸轧电容铝箔进行了成分和显微分析。实验表明大量的(100)晶面,适量的位错蚀坑、低杂质含量尤其是Fe元素量是提高高压铝箔比容的关键因素。结合生产实际分析了解决的途径。
In order to solve problem of domestication of electrode aluminum foil for high voltage electrolytic capacitors the morphology and composition of continuous casting and rolling capacitor foil from Japan, French and China bave been analyzed. It is shown by experiment that large number of (100) crystal face, proper dislocation etching pits and low content of impurity especially Fe element are the key factors influencing on specific capacitance of high voltage capacitor foil. The way of solving above problems has been pointed out by analyzing practical foil production.
