摘要
在短暂的民国时期,西北地区的自然灾害频仍,并且有明显的季节性、地域性以及时间长、分布广的特点,灾荒救助的滞后,政治的腐败、经济的衰败等社会因素交互作用,使得民国时期自然灾害对当时西北地区的社会经济发展产生了破坏性影响。
The frequency of natural disasters in northwest regions has the obvious features： seasonal, regional, lasting and widely - spread in the temporary period of Republic China. The interaction of various reasons such as the delayed relief, political corruption, recession of economy, etc, make the disasters a destructive impact on the social and economic development in northwest regions in Republic China.
