区域网络开发模式的理论研究与实践探索

Research on the Theory of Development Mode of Regional Network

区域网络开发是区域经济发展中一个新的重要模式,是在点轴开发模式基础上的进一步延伸。当一个区域的经济发展到一定阶段以后,各类增长极(即各类中心城镇)和增长轴的影响范围不断扩大,在较大的区域内已经形成了商品、资金、技术、信息、劳动力等生产要素的流动网及交通、通讯网。在此基础上,通过网络的外延,加强了与区外其他区域经济网络的联系,在更大的空间范围内,将更多的生产要素进行优化配置,促进整个区域经济的全面发展。从理论上看,区域开发会逐步呈现出从增长极点开发———点轴开发———网络开发三个不同发展阶段。而交通网络、通讯网络以及信息网络等是构成网络开发模式的核心,它们构成网络开发模式的关键因素。

The development of regional network is a new and important mode to the regional economic development. It is an extensional form of the pole -axle developing mode. As regional economic reached to a certain stage, the growth poles such as central towns and growth axles will promote their effect coverage, and form a dynamic network of factors of production such as commodities, funds, technologies, information and labor, as well as the network of traffic and of communications. Based on these networks, the regional economic can enforce its connections with each other, thus more faetors of production can be allocated more efficiently, and in a larger area, so the regional economic will be promoted overall. Theoretically we can see that the process of regional economic development will be divided into three stages, the growth - pole mode, the pole - axle developing mode, and the regional network mode. The network of traffic, communication and information are the core part and play a key role in the development of regional network.
