在目前ＲＡＩＤ的可靠性研究中，几乎没有考虑磁盘硬错对ＲＡＩＤ可靠性的影响。本文从单盘数据可靠性的分析入手，提出了磁盘数据可靠性的几个新概念。然后，研究了磁盘硬错对磁盘阵列可靠性的影响，从而提出了新的磁盘阵列可靠性的模型。典型的数字结果表明在磁盘阵列的可靠性研究中必须考虑磁盘硬错的影响。

Few consideration is given to the effects of magnetic disk hard errors on the reliability of Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks (RAID) in the reliability study of RAID now. Based on the analysis of the single disk data reliability. this paper provides new concepts of disk data reliability and presents. a new reliability model of RAID. The typical results show that the effect of disk hard errors must be considered in study on the reliability of RAID.
