液压挖掘机振动掘削减阻试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 分析了液压挖掘机振动掘削的减阻机理;指出了振动掘削相对于普通掘削的优越性;提出了一种便于在铲装机械上实施的激振方式——利用铲斗液压缸的往复运动实现对液压挖掘机铲斗的激振。试验表明,振动掘削相对于普通掘削能降低插入阻力,达到了试验预期的目的。 This thesis analysed the mechanism of risistance decrease of hydraulic excavator vibratory soil cutting ;indicated the superiority of vibratory soil cutting than normal soil cutting; raised a inspirit mode which was easy to achieve on cut and load machion used the alternating motion of the bucket hydraunic cylinder to achieve the inspiritment of the bucket of the hydraulic excavator. It's indicated that compared to normal soil cutting,vibratory soil cutting can decrease the insert risistance which was expected as pre - investigation.
