喷嘴宽度及劈型对气动射流元件切换性能影响模拟试验研究

摘要 液动射流冲击器冲锤受力具有不受围压影响能在深井工作的优点,而现有气动冲击器单次冲击功大但无法在深孔中钻进。为此研究一种新型气动射流冲击器,使之具有二者优点。由于气液物性不同,故新型气动射流冲击器的核心部件——气动射流元件的切换性能需进行研究。改变气动射流元件喷嘴宽度、劈型进行试验,研究其对射流切换性能的影响,结果是喷嘴宽度较小的凹劈元件易实现射流切换。 hydro - efflux hammer has the merits that hammer stress isn't related with confining presses and it can work normally in the deep weU.Single impact work of the existing pneumatic hammer is large, but it is unable to work effectively in the deep well.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a neotype pneumatic hammer that has merit of both hammer.Due to the differences of gas - liquid physical property,the key component of new pneumatic efflux hammer, namely,pneumatic efflux element,must be researched.Changing nozzle width and split type,experiments are done to research their influence on pneumatic efflux element switching performance.the efflux element can realize switching easily when its nozzle width is small and its split is hollow.
