摘要 本文讨论了利用远场测量值估计半导体激光器源分布的矩量方法,给出了一种实用的误差检验准则.结果表明,这是一种实用性好,精度较高的方法,只需很少几个展开函数的线性组合,就能很好地逼近源场函数. Abstract An efficient method for determining the soures field profile of diode lasers is presented. In the case of using overlapping triangle functions for basis and δ-function for weighting functions, the source distrbution of a laser diode is evaluated, the approximate solution can approach the source quite well requiring only fewer expansion functions. It is shown that this method has higher accuracy.
