摘要
文章实现了用于UHF频段的射频识别(RFID)标签的时钟恢复电路和反向散射调制信号产生电路。电路由电流源和延时单元两部分组成。由于RFID在不同工作条件下工作电压会有所不同,因此文章特别优化了用于延时电路的电流源电路,使得在各种工作电压下的延时值近似不变。电路在0.18微米工艺下实现,各种条件下仿真所得到的延时参数偏差在5%左右,表明电路指标满足设计要求。
The clock regenerator and backscatter modulator for Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID application are implemented. The whole circuit consists mainly of a current source and some delay cells. Due to variations of power supply voltage under various circumstances, special optimizations of the current source are made by the author so that delay values under different power supplies will not vary much. The circuits are realized under 0.18μm process technology. Simulation results under different conditions manifest that the design circuits satisfy the system requirement.
