农民收入问题归根结底就是农民增收问题,农民增收问题是现阶段我国解决“三农”问题的重中之重,它解决的成功与否将直接关系到我国经济的运行质量与新农村建设的顺利进行。影响农民增收的因素众多,确定影响农民增收的主要因素可采用层次分析法,通过层次分析可将影响农民增收的因素进行排序,其结果是农民素质、农产品流通情况和农村产业结构是目前影响我国农民收入增长的最主要因素。

By the analytic hiearchy process we can order these factors of affecting the peasant＇s augmenting the income. As a result, the peasant quality, the farm products circulation conditions and the rural industrial structure are uppermost factors that having effect on the peasant income increasing currently.
