小麦种子对2,4-D的敏感性研究

以小麦为试验材料,测定了2,4-D对小麦种子芽长、根长和鲜重的抑制作用。结果表明,2,4-D 72 h对小麦种子芽长的EC50为492.53 mg/L;2,4-D对小麦种子芽长、根长和鲜重的抑制作用间存在0.01水平显著差异。
