摘要 从理论上系统地比较了利用电光偏转器进行激光脉冲进形的两种扫描光路.并对两种扫描方式的优缺点进行了论述,指出了一种对空间扫描线复原精度的估计方法.为现阶段神光-Ⅱ升级的实验工作提供了理论基础. In this paper, we compare the two optical scanning paths which have been used in the forming of the laser pulse, and discuss their advantages and disadvantages. A method is presented to evaluate the restoring accuracy of the scan-line of the laser pulse which will find an important application in the exprimental work of the 'SHENGUANGⅡ' upgrading system.
