Analysis of the Water Resource Problems and its Countermeasures of Sustainable Utilization in Jilin Province

分析了吉林省水资源存在的主要问题及产生原因,并根据吉林省实际,从管理、节流和污染物控制等几方面提出了水资源可持续利用的对策。

In the paper the main problems and the reasons of the water resource in Jilin province were analyzed. Then according to the status of water recourse in Jilin province, the author put forward some counter measures for the sustainable utilization of the water resource from the saving, management and controlling the pollution.
