宁夏退耕还林(草)工程实施现状研究

Research on the Current Situation in Project of Returning Farmlard to Forests in Ningxia Province

以宁夏退耕区为研究区域,根据宁夏退耕还林(草)工程近几年来的实施现状,研究其政策实施存在的问题和不足。并依据宁夏区域的自然资源、旅游资源、人口分布等状况提出了实现退耕还林(草)工程可持续发展的若干对策建议。

In the paper, according to the current situation in the project of returning farmlard to thrusts in Ningxia, some problems and shortages such as the contradiction of palicy implementation and reality, the following industrial development and Transfer of Extra-labor were studied.Then based on the region＇s natural resources, travelling resources and population distribution in Ningxia, some countermeasures and advices were propased to relize sustainable development of returning farmland to forests.
